SSDI Selector

The Loar's SSDI is a list of individuals that have the last name of LOAR that are part of the Social Security Death Index listed on the Ancestry.com or RootsWeb.com web sites. There are over 710 indivdual records listed in this database.

There are three steps to get the information from the Social Security Death Index.

Step 1: Select First Name Initial.

To select the individual records from the SSDI database you must select the first character of the first name from the value list below. Next depress the "Continue" button to make the selection.

Note:- there are no first names starting with the characters 'Q' 'X' 'Y' and 'Z'. If you make a selection with those characters you will get a web page that displays an empty "List View".

The results of this selection will be a web page with a list of individuals that meet the selection criteria. The information is displayed in the "List View" format.

Step 2: Record View.

Once the selected Individual List is displayed, you can select the Record View link on the right side of the list for the one inidividual in which you are interested. The results of this selection will be a web page with the individual record in "Record View" format.

Step3: Register Report List.

The final step will take you to a register report if there is a link on the right side of the Family Flag item. Not all family flags have a register report on this web site. To see which families have register reports please see Register Report List Pages
